Client Need:

A large financial services provider with a large pan-India sales team required group and individual performance competency report using a diagnostic test to understand the next level of training requirements that the sales team needed to undergo.

 

The CIEL Solution:

CIEL administered the diagnostic test and provided an analytical report  for each subject and at the overall program level highlighting the proficiencies with respect to the peer group. Analytical insights in pictures and accompanying  narration highlighting performance by location, city, zones, function and other attributes was provided to senior management.

 

Outcome:

The analysis of the performance in the exam showed that strengths and weakness in specific aspects relating to financial market products, processes and planning.  This helped the client plan the next level of training that needed to be administered.
